This is an Article that talks about a memo like book called "Rules of Thumb". They sum up to book and  show the basic benefits and needs of reusable packaging. I really like the quote “As a rule of thumb, reusable packaging costs five times as much as expendable packaging, but it lasts 100 times as long,” which if you think about it a 5 fold increase in cost for a 100 fold pay-off is a good deal!
